49% of the enterprise is owned by the firm’s founders who are predominantly still employed at the firm. 51% is owned by the market-listed PEH Wertpapier AG, based in Oberursel.

Founded in 1981, PEH is the only market-listed asset manager in Germany.
At present PEH has 104 employees. In addition to the headquarters in Oberusel, PEH has several more offices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
