Oaklet was founded in June 2006 by a well-oiled team. Every member of the company, partner and associate alike, can rely on years of experience and far-reaching expertise in which his or her various areas of responsibility have meshed optimally with those of other members of the team.

Ferdinand Schmitz, b. 1952, is director of Oaklet GmbH and contributes both his specialised knowledge and his business contacts that he established while acting for many years as chairman of Sparda-Bank Mainz eG. He currently handles, on the one hand, the internal workings of the company while he is also commissioned as the credit and equity specialist for many middle-sized companies with financial consultation needs in the Rhine-Main region. Sven Ulbrich, b. 1973, is also director of Oaklet GmbH. He possesses a breadth of expertise and a strong creativity in the field of Product Development. In addition to all Product Development, he is also responsible for the areas of Sales & Acquisitions and Trading. Fabian Föhre, b. 1974, Signatory Officer, is the designated shares specialist and is entrusted at Oaklet with questions concerning trade and procedure. He focusses predominantly on business solutions for proprietary holdings. Klaudius Sosnik, b. 1971, Signatory Officer, has taken over the realm of Compliance. His legal and economic expertise makes Oaklet one of the few companies that is also able to supply clients with comprehensive and precise information on fiscal, financial and regulatory effects. Aylin Föhre, b. 1979, Corporate Attorney, heads the legal department. As a fully qualified lawyer she discusses legal issues with clients and providers. Among investors in recent years, there has been a significant rise in the need for consultation of a purely legal nature and Oaklet can, as one of the few niche market players, offer both legal and technical expertise from a single source.
Michael Haase (not on picture), b. 1971, Head of Sales/Trading for EURASIA, takes care of Oaklets activities in the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. His expertise within the financial industry and his indepth knowledge of the Russian market will also help to improve Oaklets representation to the financial community in Moscow.
